Girlfriends: Some of you know that I went through a little thing this past week. It was a big thing to me and indeed I shed quite a few tears, but I wanted to give a shout out to my amazing girlfriends...for all the love and support I received from you.

Wow, way to step up ladies! I am thoroughly impressed and feel so fortunate to be surrounded by such a solid range of personalities and insights.

It is the little things that like being available at all hours of the day and night. Checking up on me. Coming to sit with me. Telling me all the nice things you think of me. Being funny. Making me eat. Giving me perspective. Letting me know that I am truly not alone.

In essence, YOU ROCK...like a solid rock.
